Legal & Guidelines
Communityguidelines.
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please adhere to our core principles.
1. Respect above all
Treat all dates, partners, and event staff with courtesy and kindness. There is zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
2. Be authentic
Honesty is the foundation of any good relationship. Provide accurate information about yourself and respect the purpose of our service.
3. Honor commitments
If you confirm a date, pledge to show up on time. Repeated no-shows without communication may lead to removal from the community.
4. Prioritize safety
Make sure you respect the boundaries of your date. Meet in the designated public venues and alert our team immediately if you feel unsafe.
These guidelines sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, including the Personal Safety provisions there — in a genuine emergency, always contact 999 (or 112) first.
